A new downtown Miami Publix is under construction at 17th Street NE and Biscayne Boulevard. Near the large number of new condos in downtown including the Opera Tower, 1800 Club and close to even Margaret Pace Park, this new Publix will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
While we have been served well by the Price Choice, especially since they have done so much remodeling and really made the store a better place, I’m sure they will have a large decline in sales once the new Publix opens.
