Venetia Police Checkpoint

The Miami Dade Police Department seemingly have had the West end of the Venetia Causeway clogged up with a traffic stop for over several months now. Most of the time the Police are doing nothing. The rest of the time they pull over a few guys.

Here’s a bunch of shots from tonights checkpoint in Miami. Is this safe? Why aren’t there any pylons? Lights? I mean, they are in the middle of the street.

This just doesn’t seem safe. Is this what the Miami Dade Police Department is busy doing these days? This is no “new initiative,” I even posted a video about the Venetian Causeway Police checkpoint back in May on my condo blog.
